The Visually Odd Con is happy to provide commission-free vendor space for our 2022 event at very reasonable prices!  Here is some basic vendor information.

• All spaces are priced at $1 per square foot per day without tables included. (ex. 10x6 space is $60, 10x10 space is $100)
• If you wish to rent a table from us, the cost is $10 per table.  We have tables available in two sizes, 36"x 72" and 24"x 96" (actual measurements).
• All sales are by invoice.  PayPal invoicing fee is $10 and added to all invoices.
• Each vendor space includes two admission passes.  Additional passes must be purchased via our website ticket form.
• Vendors are not permitted to hang anything on the convention room walls.  Vendors must include their own free standing support systems if they wish to hang anything.
• Electricity can be routed to all spaces, however Vendors should bring their own extension cords.
• Table clothes are not included in space rental.  We do have white or black table clothes available to rent for $5

• Vendor room hours are as follows:
  • 09:00AM Vendor Access For Setup
  • 11:00AM General Admission Opens
  • 07:00PM Close of Event
  • 09:00PM Vendors must be out

To get you registered, we will need the following information:

• Name
• Business Name
• Vendor Space Desired Including Day(s)
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Table Rentals Needed including size (if any)

We will send you a PayPal invoice for your selected spot.  Please note that no spots are held without completed payment.
